AMRAP – As many reps (or rounds) as possible
BP – Bench press
BS – Back squat
BW – Body weight
CLN – Clean
C&J – Clean & Jerk
DL – Deadlift
FS – Front Squat
GHD – Glute ham developer
HSPU – Hand stand press up
KB – Kettlebell
KTE – Knees to elbow
MU – Muscle up
OHS – Overhead squat
PC – Power clean
PR – Personal record
PP – Push press
PSN – Power snatch
PU – Pull up
Rep – Repetition, one execution of given movement
Rx’d – As prescribed, without adjustments
RM – Repetition maximum. eg. 1RM most weight you can lift once
SDHP – Sumo deadlift high pull
Set – Number of reps before exercise completion
SN – Snatch
SQ – Squat
Subbed – Substituted one exercise for another
TTB – Toes to bar
WOD – Workout of the day
