What is CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is designed for everyone; regardless of age, sex, fitness level and athletic ability.

CrossFit programs are designed to optimize physical competence in 10 recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular / Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.

The workouts are always challenging and never boring. You will learn and get fit with ever-changing workouts that combine bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and a huge variety of high-intensity drills that combine cardio and strength challenges at the appropriate level for each person.  The training is always varied and the results are dramatic.
