CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning programme, it is based upon constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. It is about developing whole body fitness in a safe, social environment under the supervision of highly qualified staff. CrossFit is for everyone of all fitness and experience levels, through a method of scaling it means all our members, be them rugby players or office workers, get the opportunity to work to their own maximum intensity. We at CrossFit believe fitness is a combination of the following attributes:

All of our workouts and movements are scaleable which means anyone of any level can partake in CrossFit regardless of ability. Everything you accomplish here can directly relate to other activities outside of the gym, whether it is lifting heavy, bulky items, chasing kids or getting in shape for a special day.
