“Deadlifts”

Today we will go over some of the techniques for performing a strong, efficient and safe deadlift.

WOD:

10 minute AMRAP

30x Lateral Bar Jumps

15x Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls

Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances Chris Grant of Glasgow Parkour will sadly not be providing a Parkour class this week or for the foreseeable future. He apologises to those members who intended attending this session.
