Olympic Lifting restarts on Wednesday 1st of June. For all those wishing to attend please get your money to me ASAP. Cost is a measly £36 for 6 classes. It runs from 7.45pm-9pm every Wednesday. It is for people of ALL levels and abilities and a chance to learn from a highly skilled coach. I’m certain members who took the previous 6 weeks will confirm it is worth the investment!! (Go on, tell them how good it is!)
Parkour starts on Tuesday, 8pm-9.30pm. A list is up on the WOD board of people who plan to attend already, if your name is not on that list and you wish to attend, make yourself known. You can’t just pitch up on the night.

For all of this week there will be an A and B exercise. The B’s are optional if you find yourself short on time however they are typically a chance to work a weakness or establish a benchmark. The intention being to retest some of these in 4 weeks time.

Back to Basics
In place of WODs there will be hour long skill sessions being coached for all of this week. We expect full attendance each day as I’m fairly certain that all of you could use a little work on the basic lifts. So the skill for today is:
Squats
Also please note that this Saturday coming (5th March) is bring-a-friend day and the programming for that day will require a partner. So bring along anyone you please, won’t cost anything and the work can be scaled up (depending how much you dislike them) or down to suit each person’s capability.
For the team competition night, please leave a message in comments if you plan on attending, we need a minimum of 8 people per team, including the members and if others wish to come along then now is the chance to make your voice heard.
