5 clapping press ups
10 normal press ups
max reps pull ups

Score is total pull ups. Maximum 2 minute rest between rounds.

If you don’t have clapping press ups do 20 normal press ups.

For all of this week there will be an A and B exercise. The B’s are optional if you find yourself short on time however they are typically a chance to work a weakness or establish a benchmark. The intention being to retest some of these in 4 weeks time.

A.
For time:

Back Squat a total of 4000kg

Every 1000kg – 25 press-ups OR 25 ring dips

B.
Standing jump / vertical jump tests.

In pairs, complete these exercises in any order:

50 kb swings
50 box jumps
2 hill runs
100 walking lunges
50 press ups
100 plank knees to elbows (each side = 1 rep)

Only one person can work at any time, the other has to sit in a squat against the wall. If your team mate falls, both team mates do 5 burpees. Alternate who sits on the wall as needed. If on your own, make it a chipper.
