Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 kettlebell swings 2 pood/ 1.5 pood

If you do not have a muscle up then sub 4 pull up’s and 4 ring dips for EVERY muscle up. Encourage those with a MU to do them in the WOD. If you do not have an unassisted HSPU, then stack up some plates with an ab mat at the top and go down until your head touches the mat. If you cannot get inverted, then use a box.
