Death by Clean & Jerk 60kg(m) 40kg(f)
In the first minute perform 1 rep then rest, in the second minute perform 2 reps, third minute – 3reps. Break the reps any way you like so long as they are performed before the following minute begins. Complete as many rounds as you can until you run out of time.
